My ipod video just froze up!?
I was turning up the volume when a new song came on, and all of a sudden, it wouldnt do anything! I tried to turn it off, and once again, it wouldnt do anything. Whats the deal, and how do I fix it?

I plugg it in and the itouch reset it self with the screen with the usb cable pointing to itunes so i plug it in to itunes and it says my ipod is in recovery mode and i have to restore it so i try that and it goes well untill my computer shuts down always at the same point of the second process of the restore.

i can turn it on using the button on the top and the home button but when i try to slide the little thing it wont and there for my ipod is useless.

Im having the same issue, but a quick fix is to close down installous by pressing home twice, then hold any appuntil a appears then press that symbol on installous. This will close it down, so now re open installous. Remember, this might work for a little while

Okay so last night I went to update my iPod to the . firmware, the iPod failed the restore iTunes put it through and I got an quotunknown error code quot. I have searched google for this problem and nothing seems to work at all for this. I just want to get my iPod fixed before I leave to go on a hour flight. I cant go without it! there are just different colors on it like an old tv would if it didnt get a signal.any ideas how to fix it i really need help.
Reset button? or reset combo of buttons? Zune has a reset combination of buttons that resets the device, look around the internet or google iPod reset or something
