My ipod has a lock icon i dont know what to do..?
My GB nano shows the lock icon no matter how many times I toggle the hold switch on and off and press the MenuSelect buttons. Ive recharged and restored it any number of times with no luck. Computer recognizes it when I plug it in but once I unplug it, none of the buttons work. When its plugged in and fully updated, it shows the languages menu. Ill be eternally grateful to anyone who can offer any assistance!
Answer
Press the Play and middle button together for seconds. It should reboot.
