My iPOD has been set to factory default. Can I retrieve the songs I had before?
My wife said, she clicked on something that said quotrestored in ituneswhile iPOD was connected. And now all the songs on her iPOD are gone.

Only if theyre in your iTunes library, just plug your iPod in, and click Sync Music, and KaBLAM! But other than that, no theres no way, when it formats, it ERASES the WHOLE drive, and reinstalls the iPod software.brHope this helps
